MEET ERICKA SAURIT
As a marketer for home brands, I’ve seen the power of great storytelling at work in businesses of all sizes—from residential and contract interior design firms, to home furnishings manufacturers, to global tech companies and even D2C startups—and the same thing that is true for them can be true for your brand, too…
Stories sell.
In 2020 I founded Saurit Creative with a mission to support and elevate brands across the entire home industry.
With deep industry insight, broad implementation expertise, and exceptional storytelling craft—we offer a completely differentiated experience from any other marketing agency.

In 2020, after a 20 year global career in interior design and marketing, Ericka Saurit founded Saurit Creative with a mission to support and elevate brands across the entire home industry. Ericka believes that the more clients and customers who understand the value of working with a designer, the better world we’ll create for everyone.
She began her career as an interior designer, working with Ed Schlossberg Inc (now NBBJ) in New York and Ralph Appelbaum Associates in Beijing for numerous cultural and hospitality clients including the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2010 Shanghai Expo, Shanghai Natural History Museum, Huawei, Kennedy Institute, and General Electric.
In 2011 she transitioned to a career in brand marketing for the design industry, continuing her studies in marketing and business strategy at the University of California, Berkeley. A former design educator, she also holds a masters degree in Interior Architecture and certifications in Brand Storytelling from IDEO, Brand Strategy, and Social Media Marketing.
As a global brand marketing leader, she has overseen digital product development and brand strategy at Airbnb in San Francisco, created immersive physical and virtual brand experiences for Tag Heuer and Estee Lauder, and worked with top home and lifestyle brands in the US, Europe, and Asia to develop award-winning brand messaging and engagement campaigns.
She’s passionate about design for hosting (with experience as an Airbnb host in three continents), and advocates for design as a sales tool to support investors developing short term and vacation rental property portfolios. She is a co-founder, with industry superstars Jane Dagmi and Jessica Duce, in the award-winning Vacation Rental Design Summit, held annually in High Point, NC.
Ericka is an inspiring and motivating public speaker—frequently invited to lead industry discussions on marketing, brand strategy, and storytelling for trade events and design conferences around the world.
A southerner at heart and traveler by trade, she maintains residence in both North Carolina and the south of France.
